PlasmaCar rides best on smooth, flat, hard surface. If you try to ride your PlasmaCar on something soft or bumpy such as carpet, grass, gravel, or sand, it won’t work as well. PlasmaCar is not for use on hardwood or laminate floors. The turning of the wheels may mark the floor.
On a smooth, flat, surface, PlasmaCar supports up to 100kg (220 lbs) and on rougher, uneven surfaces up to 55kg (120 lbs).
On smooth, flat surfaces, the PlasmaCar can reach an exhilarating, but kid-friendly, speed of up to 2.8 meters per second, or over 10 km/hour (6 mph).
The PlasmaCar is warranted against manufacturer defect for 6 months from the date of purchase.

If the steering wheel feels loose or doesn’t seem to propel the PlasmaCar properly, you may need to re-tighten the nut in the steering column. Remove the steering wheel cap. Use the hex key and screwdriver or use a 17mm socket wrench to tighten the nut as firmly as you can (without stripping it).

Though adult assembly is required, the PlasmaCar is quite easy to build, taking between five and ten minutes to complete. Assembly instructions are included with your car, and are available on the home page under “assembly instructions.” Please read the instructions carefully before assembling your PlasmaCar.
